Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we kindly ask that any complaints be reported within one (1) working day of the delivery date or intended delivery date. This allows us to investigate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If your complaint relates to the quality of the product received, we require a clear digital image to be emailed to us to assist with our assessment and ensure a prompt resolution.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed as a matter of course. Each complaint will be fully investigated, and you will be notified of the outcome either in writing or via telephone.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for fresh products that perish more than five (5) days after delivery. While many of our flowers last significantly longer, the lifespan of each arrangement varies depending on the flower varieties used. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided with the arrangement to ensure maximum longevity.
