Delivery Information

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please ensure a full postcode is provided along with any delivery instructions that may assist our driver. An email address and/or daytime contact number for the purchaser, as well as a contact number for the recipient, must be supplied at the time of ordering.

Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 11:00am. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the gift with a neighbour who is willing to accept responsibility. If this is not possible, the item may be left in a secure, dry location such as a porch, shed, or garage. Please advise us at checkout if there is a safe place where the order can be left.

If the gift cannot be safely left, it will be returned to the shop for collection or re-delivery. A calling card will always be left to inform the recipient of the delivery attempt and next steps.

Should the recipient be physically unable to collect their flowers or plant, a new delivery date will be arranged directly with them at the earliest convenience.
