By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our website, by phone, or in person. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Availability
All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. While every effort is made to match the product images and descriptions, flowers are natural products and variations in colour, size, and bloom may occur.
If specific flowers, colours, or containers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Same-day delivery orders must be placed before the stated cut-off time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next working day.
4. Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information, including a full postcode and contact details. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a neighbour or in a secure, dry location where appropriate. If this is not possible, the order may be returned for collection or re-delivery, which may incur an additional charge.
5. Cancellations & Amendments
Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, subject to confirmation. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations or changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refunds & Complaints
Complaints must be reported within one (1) working day of delivery or intended delivery. For quality-related issues, photographic evidence will be required.
Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for flowers that perish more than five (5) days after delivery, provided care instructions have been followed.
7. Flower Care
We provide care instructions with all arrangements. The longevity of flowers varies depending on variety and care. We are not responsible for reduced lifespan due to improper care or environmental conditions.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used to process orders and deliveries.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
